Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes — removal, disposal, and subfloor preparation are part of the job. We check for moisture and level issues before installing anything new.
Which flooring is best for a basement?
Below grade, moisture is the deciding factor. Luxury vinyl plank and tile handle it best. We will check the space and recommend accordingly.
Will my floors squeak or buckle?
Squeaks usually come from the subfloor, and buckling comes from installation without expansion gaps. We correct the subfloor and leave proper gaps so the floor stays flat.
